Suzanne Schaffer has worked in communications for 20 years as a writer, editor, reporter, field producer, podcast developer, music programmer, project manager and team leader. She has a master’s degree in Arts Journalism from Syracuse University. Suzanne has many hobbies, but doesn’t let a day pass without doing a puzzle or two (jigsaw, crossword, sudoku, or Wordle preferred).

Elena See has worked in communications for more than 20 years as a producer, a nationally syndicated host (music and news) and a project manager. Her areas of expertise include on-air host coaching and development, communicating more effectively, preparing presentations, project managing, and leading teams through change as a fractional leader and mentor. Elena loves reading and working on her Midwestern moss garden.

Suzanne and Elena started Whisper Speak Roar Media in 2022 with a complementary mix of skills and experiences. The business helps leaders develop their confidence and skills in writing, presenting, communicating with teams and customers, and hosting and producing podcasts and broadcasts. WSRM also supports organizations through change management, improving workflows and creating increased capacity with finite resources.
